Guest House Maruya - Atami (Shizuoka)

The room was big, featured a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area. All the staff was wonderfully helpful and especially helpful. The location was convenient, close to Atami Sun Beach.

Convenient location near Kinomiya Shrine, which was a plus. Stayed in a cozy capsule room that felt nice and snug. 🏞️

The location is perfect, 10 minutes' walk to Atami Castle. Every staff member is very helpful and attentive and strives to meet your needs...

We had a wonderful stay at a guesthouse in Atami. the staff at Guest House Maruya were friendly and able to speak English. the decoration was beautiful and the common area was spacious and comfortable for resting or dining. the bunk beds were spacious and comfortable, with a bonus of having a little door for each bed. the other facilities were basic but sufficient. the location was great, within walking distance to the beach and hot springs, surrounded by restaurants and stores. the staff were really friendly and recommended some great sightseeing spots and restaurants. it was a fantastic choice for a lone traveler on a limited budget. Cons: Nothing, all great 👍.

Everything was great, and it had good Wi-Fi. the staff were amazingly friendly the whole time of my stay. - Got a clean and cozy room, had a really unforgettable stay for one night. - the location was stunning and excellent, being a short walk from the beach. - Plus, it was a walking distance from bars and restaurants.

our short break in Atami was fantastic, thanks to Guest House Maruya! The staff were so helpful and even helped me plan my trip to Mount Fuji affordably. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to delicious restaurants. The common space and kitchen were great, and our room was clean and cozy.

Great value for the money, comfortable room with spacious capsules. The location is perfect, right on Ginza shopping street, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This cozy hostel is conveniently located in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it a great choice for food lovers. the staff here are friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for places to visit and eat. the common areas are modern and stylish, creating a cool and comfortable atmosphere for socializing with other guests. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with individual reading lights and a warm and welcoming common space.

The only downside is the slight inconvenience of having to walk a bit from the train station to reach the hostel.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The rooms and facilities were spotless and well-maintained. The location was superb, just a quick walk from Sun Beach. I appreciated the convenience stores and excellent restaurants nearby. The price was reasonable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even had a common area where guests could mingle and socialize. a superb experience at Guest House Maruya.
